Project Engineer, Kadaň, up to 65k/month

As a Project Engineer Industrial Air Filtration you will be responsible for order processing from design to commissioning.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of orders with individual components, turnkey individual plants from measurement to commissioning.
• Preparation of layout drawings (3D Solid Works), piping diagrams, construction / component drawings and parts lists.
• Design of filter plants by means of filter area loads and empirical values, selection of filter types (cartridge, bag, sintered element, surface filter, oil mist separator).
• Power requirement calculations of fans, pressure drop calculations of piping systems, thermodynamic calculations and design calculations.
• Coordination of delivery and installation schedules with internal and external parties.
• Technical processing of complaints.
• Failure analysis (including on-site) and initiation of corrective actions.
• Purchasing of external components and services (assemblies, engineering) including request for quotation and technical clarification.
• Price and delivery time negotiations with suppliers and initiation of the order.
• Review and approval of supplier invoices, cost control for the entire project.
• Supporting the sales department in the preparation of complex quotations for special components and turnkey plants.
• Creation of customer-specific documentation, documentation maintenance and updating.
• Evaluation activities for installation, commissioning of equipment and customer visits are a part of the working area.
• Usually the customers are in the resident country but it can also give to assignments in the area of EMENA after coordination and can be up to 25% of the weekly working time (average).

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor/ Master in Engineering (Mechanical / Electromechanical)
• Min.3-year experience in project execution in a similar activity sector
• Language: German and English fluent
• Very analytical, organizational & planning skills
• Ability to adequately act with regards to different cultures
• Quick and smart decision maker to execute the orders
